*Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit (100% for 1 night) is required at time of booking. Certain Discount Promotions such as “Revive”, require full payment at booking.
NOTE: In consideration of the uncertainty of the times we are in, no one wants to worry about losing their deposit if something comes up before the Getaway!
Room Deposits are non-refundable, BUT, All cancellations for any reason, are penalty fee free… As Long As we get your cancellation notice by PHONE, not email, by 3 PM the day prior to your day of arrival (24 HR Notice). (IF you do not give the required notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.) With appropriate notice, your credit will be available to use on bookings at The Snowflake Inn for one year from your original reservation date, if not used within one year it will be forfeited.

Deposits will be applied to reservation date modifications for one year from the original reservation date, if not used within the year of original booking date, the deposit will be forfeited.

*Minimum Stay: A two night stay may be required, depending on the Season. Holidays and vacation weeks may require additional nights.
 

*Rates are subject to the 8.5% NH Rooms Tax and are based on double or single occupancy. Rates are guaranteed by advance reservation only and are subject to change without notice.
 

*Children: First of all – we love children and we are thrilled to be grandparents – BUT, the Snowflake Inn is a place for adults to relax, refresh and reconnect with one another! Our #1 niche group is “MOMs” (Mothers of Multiples) and parents who really appreciate a few restful
nights and quiet mornings! We will welcome your teenager (16-up) and will treat him or her like a young adult.

*Smoking: The Snowflake Inn is VERY Non-Smoking! Guests and visitors are not allowed to smoke, vape or use incense in the Inn or on the porches near any entrances. There is a $250.00 charge and cancellation of remainder of stay - without refund, for violating this policy.
 

*Dogs: Reservations are very seasonal for our one (1) Dog Friendly Suite and MUST be made by phone directly with the Inn. There is a $125 fee per stay. Size is not a factor, we love our big dogs, but he/she cannot be left in the room for long periods of time, unattended. Barking, Fussing and Whining cannot be tolerated. We are very strict about ‘clean up’ outside and we provide the bags if you run out. Call us with any questions or concerns…. Again, Reservations for travelling with your dog Must be made by phone. Reservations with a surprise pet arrival, will not be honored and the deposit will be forfeited.
