*Rates include Continental Breakfast, Evening Coffee, Tea & Sweets and a Noon C/O.  They are based on double occupancy, additional person - add 30% to the room rate.

*The rate does not include the 9% NH rooms and meals tax unless otherwise noted.

*Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit (100% for 1 night) required at booking. Deposit returned with a minimum 14 day notice. With less than 14 days notice of cancellation there will be a $50 cancellation fee and the balance of your deposit will be applied to a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date. IF you cancel with 72 hours or less, you will forfeit your deposit.

**Cancellation Policy for Weddings, Special Events, Women's Inn~dulgence are more restrictive.

*Minimum Stay: A two night stay may be required for weekends, depending on the Season.  Holidays and vacation weeks may require additional nights.

*Children?: First of all - We love children,  we're thrilled to be new grandparents!   BUT - the Snowflake Inn is a place for the two of you to relax, refresh and reconnect with one another!  Our #1 niche group is "MOMs" (Mothers of Multiples) , Parents who really appreciate restful nights & quiet mornings.  We welcome your teen (14-up) and will treat him/her like a young adult. Mother/Daughter Escapes are Awesome! 

*Smoking:The Snowflake Inn is VERY Non Smoking! Guests and visitors are not allowed to smoke in the Inn or on the porches near any entrances.  There is a $250.00 charge for violating this policy.

Dogs... We welcome your "well behaved" dog. The Snowflake Inn has 2 King Suites that are set up for our 4 legged friends w/a Special Bed, Dishes & Treat!

He/She can not be left in the room for long periods of time, unattended.  We are very strict about 'clean up' outside

(we provide the bags)!
